We had a great experience with Rondo’s after some water damage in the spring of 2019. He explained the complicated insurance process very thoroughly and helped us every step of the way. I highly recommend the company, especially for insurance jobs. The subcontractors and affiliates he had work on our job were wonderful to work with, detail oriented, and professional. Rondo’s took care to help us save money on any of the upgrades and extras. I was very nervous about working with non-family/non-friend construction but I already knew this would be a good bet because of a personal recommendation and I was not disappointed. Call Rondo’s when you are standing there with a big mess on your hands and you don’t even know where to begin...then tell him “Laura sent me!”

Ray spent quite a bit of time fighting for me with my insurace to get the coverage I deserved, and took the stress out of trying to deal with them yourself. Ray also is great at explaining things, and walking you through the process. 10/10 would reccomend!
